Developing Loans

Developing Loans (DL) is purposely designed to financially support the entrepreneur poor people who need small loan funds to run the business activities.

Loan amount and Term

Conditions and Requirement:

• Cambodian and aged between 18-65 year-old
• Having relevant business and business plan
• At least 6 months residence within Chamroeun's operational areas
• Documents required (ID card, Family book, Resident book, Birth Certificate…)
• Group guarantee (from 2-5 members)
  
  

Repayment mode:

Monthly installment (fixed principal + interest upon declining balance + monthly monitoring fee)

Interest:

Interest rate 1.50% which apply declining method
